Changed your mind? Request a return within 7 days of delivery from your account page or the contact page — we arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
How it works
- Raise a return request with your order number.
- Reverse pickup is scheduled (or self-ship where pickup isn't serviceable — we reimburse standard courier costs).
- Quality check on receipt: unused, tags intact, original packaging.
- Refund within 5–7 business days of QC approval.

What is the return window?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
How do refunds work for prepaid orders?
Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
How do refunds work for Cash on Delivery orders?
COD refunds are issued to your bank account via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days after quality check. We'll collect your account details when the return is approved.
Are any items non-returnable?
Items marked final sale and products returned in used or damaged condition are not eligible. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
