Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is dispatched. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled — but you are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy once the order is delivered.
How to cancel
- Reach us via the Contact Us page (email or phone) with your order number.
- We confirm the cancellation.
- For prepaid orders, the refund is initiated within 24–48 hours.
Refund timeline for cancellations
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of cancellation.
- Cash on Delivery: no payment has been taken, so nothing is refunded.
- Shipping and COD fees on already-dispatched orders are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel any order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our Returns & Refunds policy after delivery.

How long do cancellation refunds take?
For prepaid orders, refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours of cancellation and reach your original payment method in 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders have nothing to refund unless already paid.
Can Astir Colleen cancel my order?
Occasionally we may cancel an order due to a stock or pricing error, or if the delivery address is not serviceable. In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full within 5–7 business days and we notify you.
